Pink Christmas at In The Pink chall..

Our chall theme this time at In The Pink chall is  PINK Christmas Cards. how easy peasy is that?  the team are having a festive break so this theme  lasts until 8th Jan so plenty of time to show your last minuet Xmas cards..
As you can see I got a bit carried away using my M/box sentiment die... well you can only use it for Christmas..lol, for this card I used a  pearl base card stock & run the top half thro a C/bug embossing folder  called "Snowflakes" (looks like spots to me but thats what the pkt says) nxt I used my all time fav SU Melon Mambo PINK card stock for the  M/box sentiment .. add some ribbon a Joy Snowflake die & a gem. I have to mention I 1st saw this die used on Paulines blog she does some stunning CAS creations..thanks for the inspiration sweetie..xx



For this nxt one the top half is PINK glitter paper Ive had for yonks (a long time) Used White card stock for the sentiment die..SB Poinsettia die for the flower PINK gem from stash .2 easy peasy PINK Christmas cards..lol

Embossing chall at In The Pink

 

Its getting that time of year when we seem to have a hundred & one things to do lots of 
bloggers are finding it hard to fit in the challs..We have a lovely easy peasy theme for you

this time at In The Pink  EMBOSSING wet or dry frantage is included my teamies seem to

have covered themselves as well as their stunning creations..I went for Dry embossing  with a

Desire “Lattice” 6x6 folder & a very CAS creation…lol ..& yes my fav SU Melon Mambo card stock..

Embossing is matt & layered onto a scallop card with PINK card stock to highlight the embossed panel.

Joy Noor die in same SU card stock, The sentiment is my own comp. generated  printed in same

PINK colour to match the card, spotty ribbon & gems from stash.. told you it was easy peasy..lol

Dont forget PINK must be your prominent colour plz..thats why were called IN THE PINK

Bling It Up..

I’m back to share a PINK & BLING creation with you for our chall theme at In The Pink this  time is

PINK and BLING more PINK than any other colour plz? & lest see LOTS of BLING.. I’m really strugglingto get back into my crafting after the excitement of daughter Alison's wedding..sigh!

For those of you who are wondering she did have THE best day with the sun shinning & a lovely reception

it all went well nothing to complain about..right enuff bout that I’m here to tell you of my PINK/BLING 

LOTV creation I cheated a bit & used a topper as time was against me (again)lol they are so useful when in a hurry.. SB dies for the shape glamour dust was used on the edge )look close) lol,  SU Rose card stock, Magnolia DP..sentiment stamp is discontinued..lace flowers ebay  which I sprayed with CC glitter spray & glamour dust making sure I had good coverage, the lovely Marianne heart die I used felt from a lovely blogging friend XX

HOT PINK at In The Pink chall

Another 2 wks have flown so its time for a new theme at In The Pink 

this wk is another easy peasy chall… use the colour HOT PINK  any image

any theme but you must use MORE HOT PINK than any other colour.

My teamies have awesome inspiration to share with you & heres mine..

This cute Tilda with her snow man..yep its HOT PINK all right..lol ,

Image is coloured with prisma pencils, mount onto SB dies, 

I love making none  trad coloured crimbo cards, DP is an old

papermania not sure  if they make this anymore.!

I used a panel of white card & embossed with snowflakes.

Snowflakes are MS punches & layered gems for added sparkle,  

LOTV sentiment, Snow man charm & ribbon from stash..

PINK Ballerina with Pearls..

Another 2wks have flown by thats all I seem to say these days! well its time to share my

In The Pink DT creation with you.. This wk the theme is PINK and PEARLY how easy is this?

lets see LOTS of PINK …again I have used my dies & no colouring…  I am trying out some of my

newly  acquired  Clearly Besotted dies/stamps  I used this sweet ballerina die same PINK bazzill card 

covered with glamour dust for all that sparkle..Base white pearl card stock matt & layered with

“Berry Bush” Bazzill card stock, lala land scroll corner die,  the lovely lattice scroll die is a

Joycraft. num 6002/0147,  lots of ivory PEARLS.. I did try to use a sentiment but found I

was loosing the symmetrical design so this is it folks..my PINK & PEARLY creation..

Its time for a new theme at In The Pink chall blimey where did those 2wks go to?

I am so busy with OH with a BIG DIY job I hardly have any time to play in me craft room,

Iv’e been very brave &  tried my hand at a CAS creation for the new chall theme of

THINGS WITH WINGS

Thought it may save me some time it didnt still couldnt make me mind up but HAD to go for it..lol

Very simple matt & layering the soft baby pink & raspberry pink card stock are both SU.

Lala land corner dies, Cherry Lynn doily die, the butterfly is a Marianne die & gems from stash,

the sentiment is from a Whimsy set (me thinks).. thats it from me simples this wk..lets see your

Can you see my NEW PINK banner?.. yes am one excited PINKIE 2day as this is my 1st DT creation for

IN THE PINK CHALL

The lovely Christine L  chall blog owner of In The Pink has now got a design team & asked lil ole me

to be part of it along with these super talented crafters Nikki P, Lis M, & Karen O 

Our chall theme this week is PINK WITH FLOWERS  how easy is this? very..lol

As always PINK must be your prominent colour & lets see lots of lovely FLOWERS..

This is only my 2nd criss cross card I have made &  love them as you can put the large tag inside..

I thought it was time I started used some of my LOTV images & this lil fairy was perfect..

I sparkled up her wings with glamour dust & framed her with SB dies, the lovely card stock is

SU Raspberry Ripple.. love this colour.. The DP is magnolia 6x6 from the Sweet Rainbow collection..

The edges have been cut with magnolia Old swedish lace die..La-la land hearts banner & Scroll corner die.

The waste hearts were used from the banner die too..the lovely daisy FLOWERS are from a Cherry Lynn

strip die I was given as a B/day prezzie..XX I cut loads & mount them all up & shape gem in the centre.

If you look real close there are some lovely sweet tiny B/flys (tonic punch) with gems..

The sentiment is comp generated from a stamp which wasnt the right size..

ribbon & gems from stash..& there you have it my very 1st DT for In The Pink chall..
