Just Magnolia the brief this wk is Masking

 thats why this little lady is sat on a giant muffin

 (good job its soft..LOL) coloured with Prisma's,

 matt & layerd and raised on foam pads.

the DP is from DCWV Glitter sweet pad..

the border is my new MS deep edge Garden trellis punch

its gorgeous can see me using this one a lot..

more satin ribbon..comp. generated greeting.

and can you see my little muffin? I stamped the image

onto shrink plastic & coloured with Sakura pens

flower & button to complete..

House Mouse Ch. DT Double Pocket bag

Hi folks hope its a good start to the wk for you???

 This is my very 1st project as a DT for the

House Mouse & Friends challenge blog so be kind to me...

The challenge we would like you to try this wk. is a

double pocket bag..not hard honest but to help you

This is team member Jannekes challenge & sadly she is
leaving HM & F didnt even get to know her but Janneke has been
with the challenge blog from the start she will be sadly missed..

So this is my effort used Santas little helper image on linnen card stock

coloured with Prisma's, as the image is only small I matt & layerd him onto

a shape from SB.. Fleur De lis die set, the DP is B/G wassail 12x 12 range,

added some gems ribbon handles & tag..comp. generated greeting.

Short post no cards

Just a quick post to say I didnt enjoy my time at the Knitting & Stitching show at Harrogate to say the paper craft side has gone down the pan is an under statement.  There were no more than 6 paper crafting stalls there..I have gone to this event for more than 10yrs. & paper crafting has got very popular so why it has got so less I dont really know...I was a big x stitcher in the past & enjoy looking round but even these stalls are few & far between...I did find the stall of Jill of The Hobby House a lovely lady so all was not lost had a good spend there &&& bought a brand new design M/S border punch..it's a beauty, charms..etc..also saw some of Bevs cards IRL..Resting up my aching back 2day so see you all 2morrow with some new DT cards...

GDT card & more challenges

Hope your all safe & dry after this horrendous weather?? have to say its a dry breezy day again on the north east coast..onto me card this is another of my GD cards for Pinkgemdesigns..if you remember I won a GD spot & really enjoy using these stamps..lovely quality & Janet gives brill customer service ..this image is called Milly & Snowman..shes coloured with prisma pencils  glitzed & glammed with glamour dust lots of sparkle on this one..used DCWV.. DP more snowflakes made with the SB..die.

onto the challenges this is for A Spoonfull of Sugar are wanting a card for babys 1st Xmas or preschooler Creatalicious Challenge want somethig for Xmas snow flakes/glitter sparkle well got that OK Creative Inspirations want Sparkle The Craft Garden November challenge  also want the use of Sparkle..AllSorts want a card for a child. The Secret Crafters  brief is Seasons..all of them or just one well mine is Winter..Susies Sassy designs challenge 2 is Pink & sparkly sure got that bit right..think thats it for this card...wont be here 2morrow as I,m going to the Knitting & Stitching exb. at  Harrogate ..

Multi Challenge entry

Evening folks I have mamaged another multi challenge creation again..this time its an Image wallet with a big cheeky PB..cat image ..he looks rather smart in his big Santa hat...used the labels nestie again.. matt & layerd coloured with Prisma's..& gave him some red pearls as holly berries..glitter on the santa hat, decide on a Gold & Red snowflake not the norm I know but felt this project needed it..The DP is called Plum pudding but dont know who makes it sorry..finished with a Red /Gold ribbon..

The challenges which my wallert fits are..Creatalicious Challenges something for Christmas to include snow flakes & glitter..Tuesday Taggers is a colour combo of Red/Green & Gold...Creative Inspirations want Sparkle...nxt is Simon Says & theirs is called Animal Antics ..last one is Paper Cutz & they want you to use a hand stamped or digi image...well think I got them all...

Multi Challenge Card

Afternoon peeps what a difference a day makes?? so the song goes..can you believe this lovely sun shine were having?? not very warm but so welcome..enough blathering onto the card, again hit a number of challenges with this one too.

Just Magnolia wk. 31 is a sketch by the lovely Mina..fab sketch I will be using this again..BasicGrey  is called Glitz & Bling... plenty of this with crimbo cards..Tuesday Taggers is a colour theme this wk. of Red..Green & Gold & last is Paper Cutz Challenge who want you to use a Stamped or Digi image no probs there then....Creatalicious Challenge also want something for Xmas, snow flakes & glitter/sparkle...Iv'e used Tilda with parcels on this card..(trying to get hold of some of the new crimbo Tildas is like looking for hens teeth all sold out ..& waiting for stock..think Magnolia have timed this collection badly..my view..) close up view of Tildas parcels decoupaged..

Multi Challenge Card

Having a bit of a moan 1st..my hands havn't worked so well for me over the W/end..even dropped a pot of embossing powder on me craft room carpet..wouldnt mind I only hooverd it Fri...so no clear embossing till I renew it..thats me moan over now to tell you about the challenge card..

This time I managed to make a card  thats fits these challenges...

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge 58 want the use of Seasons..you can use all 4 or any one you like ..as you can see I chose Winter...AllSorts Challenge want a card for a child..I used an image called Winter Mimi from Pinkgemdesigns..you can buy her from HERE  nxt.  is Cute Card Thursday theirs is called Glitter me Silly..well certanly done that with glitter & gems..I found this monthly challenge blog The Craft Garden their November challenge is called Sparkle..

DT. Whimsy Stamps Challenge Wk. 28

Well its Monday again folks and that means another Whimsy Stamps Challenge..this wk.. we want to see anything BUT a card..loads to choose from Tags, Bags, boxes..the list goes on... we all have crafty friends we send images too so I have made an  image wallet out of a piece of A4 card..really easy..

You dont have to use a Whimsy image but if you have one lets see what you make with it..the image I used is Cat and Fish...which you can find HERE ...you can also find them in the UK HERE this poor goldfish looks terrified..I coloured with Prisma's this time..used nestie shapes to frame the image..the inside is part of the A4 sheet of card turned up to create the flaps..

The DP is called Doodlebug dont know its name I won it in some candy..sorry..I added some gems to the corners..look no flowers or ribbon  (not very often that happens..LOL) comp. generated greeting, love this paw brad again from my candy win..thats it for now but do go  have a peep at the other DT cards.

Simon Says Challenge card

Happy Sunday morning peeps hope your all over the worst of the weather??   want to tell you all of the amazing site I saw this morning at 8.45am no not a UFO but a beautful big dog Fox...if you'd seen him he is in great shape & soooo big his bushy tail he really was a splendid chap & at that time of a morning ..we usualy see him at dusk & you cant get a good look oh him...I was to late to get  the camera out..UPDATE on the Fox he has just been back for his supper (5pm) & came right up to my back door watching us as he ate ...his so beautiful.. never seen one so CLOSE before.....well onto the card & as the heading says its for Simon Says & this wk. the brief is Thinking of You..

We all need these cards so nice to keep some in me box...the stamp I used for this card is from Ruth & you can find her shop HERE  its so easy to colour I used Whispers  & Sakura pens for some lustre,  you can see I have decoupaged the main flower..pretty simple layout..used me nestie labels again here is a close up of the flowers

Multi challenge card..

Here I am with another post peeps.. well I am getting thro me Crimbo card list nicely..now don't look too close at me flower...I said DONT look to close..LOL this is the 1st time I've tried to make a one of these, the paper is lustre & wouldn't stay where I curled it.also put some beads in the centre for the stamens.. but it does look full...sooo this card is for BasicGrey Challenge 7 this wk. its a photo inspiration, I do like the colours in this piccy ..nxt is La La Land wk. 12 theirs is called Get Punchy no prizes to guess what you need to use on this challenge.....I do like this colour combo I've used but not too sure about all the circle shapes..doubting meself here folks..here's what I used..

One Card two challenges..

Afternoon peeps 2nd post today, this card fits 2 challenges which are
Simon Says "Give Thanks" & just Magnolia Monthly Challenge this Month is "Distressing" as you can see by my piccy I have used a Tilda & tried to give the whole card an antique type effect...the rose embossed card has been distressed & the DP ..I have softened around the image as it was too stark a contrast.. The flowers & leaves have pearl glimmer mist on them..well a girl cant get enough sparkle....here's what I used ....
