Use FELT or Fabric at A Gem of a Chall #120

We have a new theme starting over at A Gem of A Chall our teamie Wendy  has chosen

Use FELT or FABRIC on your creation ( Ribbon & Lace will not count for this theme)

Ive used this gorgeous NEW Cupcake Bella Topper digi kit..Janet has been designing

some cute NEW Digi topper kits, just click n print out the sheets decoupage as much or little

as you want & hey presto a quick n easy card..I used a textured linen card stock & sized it
as A5 for this size of card..As the theme is to use FELT or FABRIC I went for 
FELT & made this cute flower from a SB scallop die, cut & rolled it up add a pearl.

I made the sweet tiny bow on Bellas head  with FELT & decorated small seed beads..
