These guys sure look like there having a feast with this cup cake lol. HM stamp is "Cupcake Happy Birthday"  coloured with my Prisma pencils.  Coloured card stock is SU, design paper Nit Wits "Always & Forever" pad. Simon Says Stamp rectangle dies, Dienamics fish tail dies, SB circle dies.  Sentiment is from  Stampendous  Ribbon & Gems from stash..
