The Blue/Yellow design paper is from 1st Edition “It’s a Boy” pad.. blue card stock is bazzill.
Matt & layered with SB & Di namics dies.. SB scallop edge die for the bottom layer.
Sentiment comp. generated, flowers, ribbon from stash..

I really like these fun papers you chose, and the scalloped border looks fantastic! The stitching on the image panel looks great too!
Such a pretty card, and I love the sentiment (I have a cup of tea in front of me now!) I think my favourite parts are the little bits of detail, like the blue around the edge of the main image and the stitching details.
