I have gone for a soft pale colour combo with this super cute Birthday Ozzie digi image
as I am always short of time I used the pre-coloured image but you also get backline
images to colour yourself..coloured card stock is bazzill, DP is 1st editions pad. I cut out
Ozzie image to fit this large SB oval shape which has been put thro a spotty E/folder..
Stickles on his balloon, sentiment is Pinkgemdesigns HERE , SU scallop border punch,
flowers, gems, ribbon from stash.
