Happy Sunday folks hope you all have everything tied down with this wind..?
It’s not THAT bad up north, but really fed up with all this rain..
My heart goes out to all the peeps who have been flooded out of their homes..
We are at the Mid Way stage at Totally Tilda chall ..the theme is
CLOUDS very apt I think for the atrocious weather were having for June..
CLOUDS can be ANY type, stencils, cloud DP, die cuts, chalks, draw/paint, whatever you
like but we must be able to see your clouds. make sure we can actually SEE them plz.
DP is Echo Park “Summer days” machine stitched & distressed the edge..Tilda is coloured with
markers & prismas..I also chalked clouds round my image, I’m not to keen on the size of the kite on this stamp
so played about with bits of paper & here you have a DIY kite..just like I used to make years ago with my brothers..
but theirs was made with brown paper, plain flour & water for glue, it always needed a long tail made of string
(that was my job)..lol…. twine is threaded thro Tilda’s hands, dont want her kite flying off..
The sun is made with a SB shape finished off with a pearl..
Swirl flourish's are a Magnolia die..gems from stash..
