I got to use my new tulip Tilda, I thought she went well with this lovely
dutch/windmill scene HERE both images coloured with Prismas & Promarkers..
Tilda is raised with foam pads & glitter on her apron..I cut the background image
with nesties & framed with the scallop nesties..DPs are from Memory Keepers
"Hippity Hoppity" pad..Sentiment is LOTV..corners are CB die ..
