Image coloured with Prismas & Promarkers, glossy accents on his
Bow Tie & balloon.. theres gloss on his glass of bubbly & bubbles then
glamour dust sprinkled on top..nice & sparkly...used nestie shapes to cut
out image & again for the blue shape which was put thro a Crafts too e/b folder..
DP is 3 bugs in a Rug think its called "Celebration" the 3 stars were cut out of
more of the DP & sparkled, I really wanted to put more on the card but it
looked too busy ..I think the DP says it all...
now for me challs...
