Hi Christine, ah have you been naughty!! lol, thanks for visiting me hun during my stressed internet episodes, in reply to your question half of the other services use the same cables etc and seeing as I can't find what's faulty I could have the same problem, the only one is something like Sky but it's so very expensive where I live,I once asked and it was treble what some body else had to pay, being out in a village or something,so I'm stuck with them but they'd better hurry up!!! lol,
