My TILDA creation today is a mid way reminder for the Totally Tilda chall theme of

NON DOMESTICATED ANIMAL

it doesn't have to be a magnolia animal stamp any will do as long as you have

a TILDA image.. as you can see I used my Koala Tilda image all the way from Australia.

Sweet Tilda with heart

I have 3 posts to publish today which is very unusual for me but I wanted to use this so sweet Tilda image

& enter the TOMIC chall deadline.. Dont you think these Tildas are getting cuter with every collection??

I love the way her head tilts to the side..awww TOMIC chall want Monochromatic PINK +bow

how easy is that with this sweetie?? I also followed the sketch for Just Magnolia chall

DP is TH shabby chic, distressed the edges, lace heart is off ebay. The envelope I made myself,

Die Cut Dreams "Sympathy"

Today at Die Cut Dreams chall we have the sombre theme of “SYMPATHY”

we all need them at some time.. I went for a soft green au de nil, the lovely image

is a digi I had for a while since I was a DT for Ruth at “A passion for Stamps”

this clever lady draws her own digi designs so you wont see them anywhere else..

I coloured the Morning Glory digi image with copics & prismas..I have decoupaged

the flower and the bud but was having probs with the light so only a front piccy..

DP is K & comp(me thinks) simple matt & layered, the metal fancy corner I have

painted it with crackle paint, ribbon from stash sentiment comp. generated.

This time at Totally Tilda chall #38 we want you to use a NON DOMESTICATED ANIMAL

The team have ALL used the “Koala Tilda” for our chall.. this gorgeous TILDA has come all

6x6 base square card, I cut off half of the front, the DPs are from B/grey Max & Whiskers pad..

Grandsons Birthday Card

Here we go again the days are running away without me already..I looked at the

calendar & gasped..my G/sons B/day is on Wed.. Sunday is usually a bit of a busy

day for me, but I managed to get this card ready, then catastrophe struck, my camera

gave up its life after I had taken few photos..nothing would bring it back to life..

This pic isnt very .good but as its now in the post nothing I could do.

I dont really like this sport collection & havnt used any until now .. I decided I would use super man Edwin..

I have called him Bradley..after my G/son.. I cut a letter B on the cricut & stuck it on the vest.

I'm not happy with this effort but decided to blog it all the same. time was against me for this one..

The DP is Nitwits..(all spaced out) I used my greeting card factory program & layered onto the DP

anything to save time. I used glossy photo paper for a shine..Edwin in coloured with prismas &

glossy accents to his boots belt & goggles..sentiment comp. generated, inside is decorated too

but you dont want to see the sentiment nanaseaside (yes thats what my G/children really call me)

its too sloppy..lol..

Another Tilda "Thank You" creation

This is the last week to get your “Thank You” Tilda creations made for the

Totally Tilda chall our month long chall finishes nxt Sat 12 noon GMT..

As you can see I used a lovely MS PATP lacy punch set.. I had to juggle the

pattern a bit to fit the size I wanted..you can do this if the punch is a repetitive pattern.

It takes some practice but worth it if you dont want a big nearly 8inch card..

This measures 150cm edge to edge the card attached behind is 127cm.. love the contrasting

colours..mmm. DP is Bo Bunny, Secret Tilda is coloured with prisma pencils..

framed with nestie shapes, double ribbon bow . Marianne twirly stems & black MS B/fly have been

cut from packaging off me daisy flowers.. love the shine.Ribbon & gems from stash WOC flowers

& pearl stems, daisies from local store. sentiment comp. generated & nestie shape.

My 1st Christmas card for 2012..

Yes I know I feel like groaning too..lol I am trying to make at least 2 or more crimbo cards a month

I got way behind last year, so this way its not too much of a marathon.. well thats what I tell meself..

especially when the sun is shinning, its a gorgeous sunny bright but nippy day on the north east coast UK..

This gorgeous Tilda was a gift so sorry dont know where its from only to say she is a special edition..

Tilda is coloured with prismas & markers & glamour dust sparkle.. I used this gorg nestie shape,

in fact I’ve used it a number of times lately.. I followed the sketch & colours for TOMIC chall.

you can just see the sliver mesh strip across the centre..plenty of white/blue.. for the background

card I put a piece of card thro a CB E/bossing folder (called snow flakes) yes dont look anything

like the S/flakes.. lots of matting & layering, blue DP is magnolia… for the magnolia trees stamp

I used a versamark pad & embossed with white EB powder..& cut them out..Magnolia Doo Hickey

fence die..thats about it for this likkle Tilda ..

It’s a Girl

I've been playing with me HM stamps again, there's lots of challs with a NEW theme..

Our very own House Mouse & Friends chall has the “NEW” theme, you do need a

House Mouse Happy Hopper or Gruffie image to enter..

Simon Says Stamp chall is one I am entering this creation for amongst others..

This sweet little Happy Hopper bunny image is called Blankey HMGR 1017 coloured image

with prismas & markers, the DP I have had a long time bought at Harrogate craft fair

its got the most gorgeous sheen to it..dont think the light has picked that up..

I cut a circle out of the DP & put the image behind, a scallop circle of white pearl card frames the image..

The corner die is a from a CB set called “Vintage” there's 4 different corners in the set.. HERE.

Sentiment is comp. generated, nestie shapes..the little feet are made with a Woodware punch..

charm, ribbon (new) & pearls from stash..

Think I stretched my imagination a bit thinking of all the rich foods I've eaten, when I was going thro my

HM stamps this cute Happy Hopper drinking his carrot juice screamed out DIET..

stamp is called “Carrot Juice” HMI 1012 coloured with prismas pencils & markers.. I used glossy accents

on the jar of carrot juice, matt & layered onto bazzill card stock, the orange base DP is from Basic Grey Ambrosia pad,

the veg. DP is from Cosmo Cricket “Garden Variety” pad, the carrots I got off Google, printed

onto card & covered with glossy accents..twine from stash, sentiment is my own made up

& wrote out on the comp.

Today see’s the start of another Die Cut Dreams chall many thanks for your

gorgeous Calendar creations.. dont forget to see if your a winner from our last chall..

This time the chall theme is ALL WHITE NO COLOUR.. flesh, leaves NONE at all

My teamies have made some gorgeous creations for guidance and inspiration..

I used an embossing folder that could be repeated easily.. star dust stickles

around the edge.. Large B/fly is a CB die & emboss set more stickles..small B/fly

are a MS punch, the border is a EK success punch, (punched both sides), ribbon from stash.

Tilda says“Thank You” MW reminder..

Happy New Year from the Totally Tilda chall girlies..

I have another MW reminder for the “Thank You” chall. cant help meself with this sweet lady..

This creation just went to plan from the start.. you know when you can see the finished creation

in your head? then it just comes together as planned.. well this one did..lol..

Gorgeous magnolia Tilda I love the way her head tilts to one side..awww…image was coloured

with prismas & markers..framed with a nestie shape, distressed the edges with Tim Holtz ink..

added some Star Dust Stickles to the edge's, foam pads for some height.. the lace doily is a

Cherry Lynn die..( I won a Cherry Lynne Design voucher on Dis digi download chall. ) BJ was so

helpful & the shipping time was amazing thanks so much for all your effort ladies..XX

base card is 6x6 DP is Magnolia matt onto red paper from stash.. Flowers are made with

magnolia Doo Hickey die..rose from WOC.. the little border is another Mag Doo Hickey die

Lacey Swirl.. added some tiny pearls..the ribbon is off my neighbour, she had a gift tied with it..

cant waste gorg ribbon..lol, the little red envelope is a DIY.. I played around with scrap paper on

the score board 1st to get it right.. then used red paper rounded of the edges & voila an envelope

to size..the tag is a Sizzix die, sentiment wrote on comp.. the gorgeous Rose charm was in my

Christmas gift from GF & teamie America..thank you so much sweetie XXX..

Guest DT House Mouse creation

I was asked by Paula if I would be a GDT on Joanna Sheen chall blog,

any excuse to play with my cute HM stamps..The chall for the January

theme is "Celebrations" nice and easy to start the new year..

I went with an easy option of Birthday..loads to choose from HERE

I coloured my image with the usual prismas & markers, star dust stickles

was added to the frosting.. Poor Monica looks like she has belley ache

think she may have eaten too much cake....lol Base card is 5x7 craft card,

DP is 1st Edition (love letters) love the sparkle.. The extra candles were

from another set of um. HM stamps..coloured & glossy accents not

showing in the piccy tho..the brown card has been thro a dot embossing folder.

Corners are a MS punch..sentiment is comp. generated, ribbon from stash.

Angel Tilda Christmas card & some sad news..

I have been with Janet for nearly 3yrs..& thank her for the opportunity of using her lovely

My stunning surprise postie brought..

I've just got to share this AWESOME creation my baby girl has sent me & my dear hubby..

1st I had better explain WHO Baby girl.is ..no other than the fabulous creative

Mandy Stacey whose blog am sure you know “A Sprinkling of Glitter”

or as our boss lady Susie Sugar over at Totally Tilda chall calls her “Miss Glitter Mitts”

When Totally Tilda 1st started Mandy was the youngest on the team..so I called her

yes you got it “baby girl” as I am the oldest I got the nick name of “MUMMY” cos they say

I look after them. .These teamies are some of THE best girlies I could wish to work with..

We have loads of fun & our NORTY corner gets quite some use..lol they know what I mean..

So back to my surprise..as it was my 40th Ruby anniversary last year I didn't think there would be any other

All you need is a Tilda image & a THANK YOU sentiment.. This little sweet Tilda is from

the fall club collection..I can see her getting used for a number of occasions..

Coloured with markers & prismas, mount onto nestie shapes, DP is MME..matt & layered

onto pink card. I used a heart doily cant see much of it tho, I have followed the sketch at

Simon Says Stamp chall the 2 dark pink strips & flowers is a Mag. die.. sparkly twiddle stems

are a Marianne die, pearl stems, charm & ribbon from stash, sentiment is comp. generated.

Happy Sunday bloggers 1st I must apologise for my lack of commenting, I’m struggling

with a few probs at mo..&& having probs with BLOGGER.. defo blaming HIM

for my blog probs..my internet seems to behaving as it should, blogger still wont let

me upload pics.. so I have to publish my posts from Live Writer..

Onto me MW. WOW Tilda creation, over at

Totally Tilda chall our theme is ALL WHITE + Glitter & Embossing

ONLY TILDA’S HAIR & FLESH is allowed to be coloured..

no coloured stamens, green leaves etc..just WHITE .

Such a sweet Tilda holding her holly, she's from the new collection. Only her

hair & flesh coloured, glitter on her dress & holly. SM nestie shape more sparkle.

I used MS Eyelet PATP. for a lacy effect, Marianne designable cut/emboss folder..

MS S/F punch, ruffled some ribbon down one side, sparkly branches are another

Marianne die (LR0157) no name sorry just num. for the flower I cut a strip

with the lacy eyelet punch score & fold, glue the 2 ends turn it to make the

circle shape, bit tricky as it keeps springing up..pearl & gems to finish..

This is the time when we think of new year..where did this one go too??

Over at Die Cut Dreams chall the theme this wk is a CALENDAR

Not as hard as you think..my teamies have come up with some stunning creations,

Totally Tilda is ALLWHITE

Happy Sunday folks..sorry its been a while I’m sure your all busy getting ready for the big guy in his red suit to call.. &&& am still having

puter probs..to make matters worse I cant even go on my sons in the nxt B/room as his has gone for repair for the 2nd time,

well they didnt even repair it when it went 1st time .but thats another hair raising story..

This wk at Totally Tilda chall Our chall for nxt 2wks is WHITE ON WHITE

with EMBOSSING and GLITTER ONLY SKIN and HAIR COLOUR allowed, this means

NO shading on Tildas clothing or any background images. & no coloured stamens or green leaves/twirly bits..

just clean bright WHITE its not that hard once you forget about the colouring.. ANY TILDA image any theme.

It is a challing chall.lol as we found it hard to keep the white all the right shade..never seen so many shades of white..

Our boss lady Susie Sugar is sponsoring this chall. with die cuts from her online shop Die Cut Dreams

I used Rymans 200gsm card which that I colour on for mine at least it kept it a proper over all white.. The only other card

I used was white pearl lustre for my embellishment's.. Masking technique again Tilda is dressing her sparkly Tree..

This card is for my DD, she has asked for one with fancy edges..think this fits the bill..?

MONOCHROMATIC (shades of one colour +white)

NONE Christmas with a Sentiment..

Not a Crimbo card in site for this chall folks.. I love this sweet Chloe stamp..

coloured with markers & pencils,The DP is Pinkgemdesign Butterfly digi D/L paper HERE..

Distressed the edges with DI’s . I decreased the size & used it to paper piece her dress..

sparkles & pearls on her shoes & bows in her hair..I cut off the dog lead & made one out of

bakers twine..pink of course..lol. Mount image onto nestie shape and mount onto B/fly embossed panel,

Distressed edges & sprayed with Perfect Pearls. MS B/fly punch & glittered, a silver B/fly charm added.

Sentiment is another Pinkgemdesign in a set of four HERE, lace ribbon & pearls from stash..

Teddy with Candy Cane

I am ever so behind with my crimbo creations, just when I think I will have a good crafty day someone

or something stops me..so I have to colour at night which I dont like even with the fab lamp I have..

oh well just have to make the best of what time I get..who said being retired you have more free time??

I got this new digi Teddy image from my boss Janet he comes black lined or coloured so if your short of time

like I seem to be lately just print them off.. I have to admit I did add some more colour to mine..cant leave me

pencils alone..lol lots of sparkle too, I added red gems as the holly berries in his hat..framed with nesties ..

The lovely Christmas Sparkles DP is another digi from Pinkgemdesign comes in gorgeous colours..

The Dear Santa digi sentiment is again Pinkgemdesign its so cute, small S/F are MS punch large

S/F is a Sizzix die.. W/ware holly punch, the blue pearls I coloured with markers..the white
embossed panel is a candy cane E/bossing folder from Craft.. The sketch I have followed

is from Midnite Madness Sketch chall 131 I used the fancy one..

These two little guys are playing at dressing up, & this poor hamster doesn't look to

pleased about it..he's hanging onto his candy cane while mousey adjusts his Santa hat..lol

I've used another House Mouse stamp which hasn't been inked up before, coloured with markers & pencils..

I tried to follow the sketch for Midnight Madness Sketch chall 130 which have another

2 House Mouse stamp prizes

I followed the fussy one lots of die cutting & shapes on this one..think the Poinsettia flower

& S/flake may be a bit OTT but hey ho anything goes on crimbo cards..well they do on mine..lol

The DP is from Basicgrey Boxer & Wassail pads their chall is asking you to “Mix n Match”.

red border has been cut with edgeabilities from Pinkgemdesigns I used glamour dust sparkle on the hearts,

& added gems for more sparkle..SF is a Sizzix die, flower is from a bunch of artificial poinsettia's.

and there's still lots of leaves to fall into my garden..am just fed up with them this year..maybe because they

Onto me card..this cute TILDA is quite old..dosent show does it?? lol.. from the 2007 Fall collection shes called Tilda in Forest

have you noticed quite a few of the older Tildas have wings?? not right keen but wanted to frame her in this Nestie oval shape..

DP is a digi D/L dont know the name sorry..the base card was cream but Ive distressed the edges with TH DI’s..

Flower is made up of leaf Marianne die & SB dies, sprayed with gold glimmer mist scrunched up distressed edges..

The large leaves are a big W/ware punch Ive had for years, they started out as cream paper variety of TH DI’s & more

gold glimmer spray added.. Sentiment is from Lynne at Sentiments 4 you thanks sweetie..XX

House Mouse Halloween

I just had to make another Halloween creation & what better chall to enter than

Midnight Madness Sketch chall #MMSC 127

this isnt a chall I normally remember to enter but thought I would get one more Halloween card

&& the awesome prize is 4 House Mouse stamps..gotta give it a go..choice of SKETCHS to follow

I followed the fussy one well nearly I had to move the sentiment but hey its all still there..lol

I had a struggle colouring this image , it is quite large & just couldn't get the colour right on the pumpkins…

I had a little giggle to meself while colouring..these cute meeces lined up ready to get their face painted..

not to mention the the one at the bottom who seems to have tipped the jar of paint over himself..defo mischievous mice..

I used markers & prismas to colour the image, added sparkle to look as if there was a light on in the pumpkin..

some glossy accents on the glass jars too..DP is from Donnas CD Designer Extreme Vol. 111 at Bearly Mine crafts

PINK Butterfly Tilda..

I’m back with another PINK creation for the 1st Link Up For Pink Party

you can read my story HERE the linking party runs from Oct 1st to 14th, lots of generous

sponsors have given images, papers, sentiments all in the name of Breast Cancer Awareness..

I have again used one of Yolie’s gorgeous FREE papers.. this PINK butterfly DP is perfect for my

sweet Butterfly Tilda..defo gone overboard with the PINK but hey it is for a good cause..LOL

Tilda is coloured with my usual markers & prismas..now look CLOSE at her dress yes its paper pieced

with the same DP as the card the gorgeous B/fly paper was reduced in size so it would be in proportion..

A quick tute HERE if you need one for Paper Piecing, I followed the sketch for Addicted to stamps chall.

small white scallop shape has been thro a CB heart EB/folder, Hugs & Kisses sentiment is from the same CB folder/die set.

It’s the time of year when many may think of loved ones lost to that awful brute Breast Cancer

I myself am a survivor, not so long ago I fought BC & yes still get emotional thinking about my fight

& survival..the effect it has on yourself but most of all on your loved ones..they feel so helpless..

I know there are a lot of bloggers across the world who have had & or still fighting this awful decease..

Totally Tilda MW#32 chall……

Yes I,m back with a MW#32 chall creation for Totally Tilda chall the chall theme is

“Decorate a Chip Board BEER mat OR Mini Album”

the team have made some great inspirational examples to show you..mine is below..

Incase anyone was wondering a Beer Mat or coaster as there known in different parts of the world..is 89mm square

but the corners are round..BUT you can get Beer mats in dif shapes.. so your Tilda must fit into these sizes..

OR go for the easy option & make a Mini album or “Brag Book” as there called overseas..

The theme for mine is Christmas self explanatory really.. both images are coloured with prismas..

& of course the usual bling.. star embossing folder was used on the top one..mag swirl die..

BasicGrey DP (Eskimo kisses) was used on both pages.. more die shapes & distressing used on 2nd page..

Sentiment is LOTV stamp die is Marianne creatable.. charms & bling from stash..
